Synopsis
The final series opens with the blossoming of spring in Glenbogle. Golly is now a single parent with his baby Cameron and Paul is faced with growing repair bills for his Tenant�s crofts. But at the Tenant�s Association AGM, he meets the beautiful shepherdess, Iona, to whom he grows closer as the series progresses. But the course of true love never did run smooth � Iona�s ex-fiance, Malcolm, returns to inspect Glenbogles tree infection, and succeeds in getting a ring on Iona钒s finger for the second time. Paul is forced into giving Iona away, but it is now her turn to leave Malcolm at the altar, declaring her love for Paul. The ghost of Hector reluctantly gives Molly his blessing and she finally faces up to her feelings for Golly, which have been simmering for all these years. Duncan returns for the wedding-that-never-was party to surprise a lonely Jess. Watching over them all is Hector taking a final stroll through his beloved house and saying farewell to his extended family for one last time.
